I don't even know where to start, I am so upset with planet fitness firstly they say my contract has been canceled then all of the sudden its active again and quess what it expires every year.
Then we open a new Vitality account, called planet even to confirm that Discovery has debited the take-on fee and is all fine? the confirmed all is fine and its active, only to find out that Discovery refunded my take-on fee cause planet on their side never did their work and the contract was inactive after telling me all is in order... lying where is the value of honesty to their clients.
Then at the end of June they debited my account for OVER a R1000, I was shocked, firstly they are screwing up my budget totaly, secondly I wasn't even warned that this was going to be debited, and they did not have my concent to take this money!!!
I am so off now while typing this THEY are so they don't even deserve a complaint.
Now after me phoning again for fb Duze from head offices said this is money I owe planet sice 2011???
Please expalin this to me how after 2 YEARS!!!
