On 25-11-12 I placed an order with Biovea for tablets - Order # 12990309 - and when those didn't arrive I contacted the Company who said the order had probably got lost or so they would send me a replacement immediately. They send goods standard post with NO TRACKING No so no wonder it goes missing!! The replacement never arrived so I cancelled & got a refund. I decided to try them again and placed an order on 15/07 (Order #15065620) which hasn't arrived & I've just been given then same explanation!!! They will now refund me but that's not the point - I've been inconvenienced and now still have to wait for my money to appear in my CCard again before I can order from a reputable company. How can a Company keep treating its customers like this and NOT UPGRADE a system that clearly doesn't work???
