I ordered & paid for the following from Biovea on the 1st of September.(RASPBERRY KETONE ADVANCED SLIMMING COMPLEX 60 Capsules x2) @ R315.I've mailed them a few times to ask them when will they deliver the product. They responded saying that it takes 8-15 working days for delivery.By the end of September I still hadn't received the product and they said they would refund my money, because the product might have gotten. Today is the 8th of October and I still haven't received my refund. Nothing is reflecting in my bank account. They have no telephone number on there website. During this time I have sent numerous emails asking where the product is. They couldn't even supply me with a tracking number. Highly dissapointed with this company.
