I joined the Virgin Active group in roodepoort and had good service. However when I went to the Virgin Active in Little Falls I had exceptional service. They straight away noted that I had not yet gymed at this branch. I was welcomed friendly by the receptionist and Jeff (a staff member) was promptly called to show me around the place. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He even went further to show me some exercises to do on the machines to enhance my workout! I would like to offer a huge thank you to the Virgin Active Little Falls team for the lovely welcome. They have totally have my full support and will be my preferred branch!
