This morning at about 4:30/5:00 o'clock in the morning I went to the Little Falls Virgin Active gym upon my arrival I noticed that the gym did not have power (all the other shops in the same complex did indeed have power, so it wasn't a general power cut) the gym staff refused us entry to the gym. We asked if we could kindly use the machines and weights that does not need power to operate we were told NO! then we asked if we could have a shower as some of us travel 20km to get to this specific gym and need to travel a further 70km to get to our offices, some of us also have been working since three in the morning and then takes a gym break where upon we must return to our offices we were told NO again. I find this very strange and rude because in the past (when the gym was doing alternations) we were allowed to use the gym when there was no power. I am very disgusted in Virgin Active Little Falls and are highly considering cancelling my whole family (10members) membership at Virgin Active. Not impressed at all!!
