UNRESPONSIVE - OBVIOUSLY DONT WANT NEW BUSINESS

I CONTACTED VIRGIN ACTIVE VIA THEIR WEBSITE ON 13 SEPTEMBER 2013 AS MY HUSBAND AND I ARE INTERESTED IN JOINING THE LITTLE FALLS VIRGIN ACTIVE. I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM INSHAAF AT HEAD OFFICE INFORMING ME THAT MY ENQUIRY HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO VIRGIN ACTIVE LITTLE FALLS AND THAT THEY WILL CONTACT ME.

AT THE BOTTOM OF THE EMAIL THERE WAS ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH SHOULD BE USED IN THE INSTANCE WHERE YOU DO NOT RECEIVE ANY FEEDBACK. ON 17 SEPTEMBER I EMAILED TRACY-LEE DELPORT, AS INSTRUCTED BY THE SITE, AS I HAVE NOT HAD ANY RESPONSE FROM VIRGIN ACTIVE LITTLE FALLS.

TODAY IS 23 SEPTEMBER 2013 AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE VIRGIN ACTIVE... OH WAIT... THERE WAS NO SERVICE! IF THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE WE CAN EXPECT FROM YOU THEN WE SHOULD RECONSIDER...
