I went to join at Virgin Active Little Falls last week the 24th July 2013. Then could not cancel my planet Fitness membership because was required to pay a settlement amount. I then went back to Virgin Active to tell them that I have to cancel My membership with them because I'm still a member at planet fitness! They told they have cancelled it because it was within the 5 working days cancellation period. Today Virgin has debited my account!
I want my money black! and I want the Joining fee money back!
