Still not impressed

This is now my third report and still Virgin Active has not yet done anything...
I have CANCELLED my account more than a year ago and still get calls from MBD attorneys saying that there is an amount outstanding, I have spoken to Tracey-Lee from Head Office more than once and asked her for the proof thereof that I am currently still waiting for!!!

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

I only want this to be rectofied otherwise I will have to send them a notice of the CPA!!! I can not take this anymore!!! SORT THIS OUT!!!
