I really wish to write an extremely long extremely unhappy report regarding one of the trainers at the Witbank Planet Fitness, but I decided that it would not be right if I have not taken a step to resolve this problem myself. As I took a step to do this I phoned the Witbank Planet Fitness and asked who is the manager responsible for this particular trainer, if I heard correctly, the Receptionist said "Amanda". So, I said, Please may I speak to her and the receptionist said that she is only there in the morning. I then asked the receptionist what Amanda's email address is, to which the receptionist replied: "I do not know her email address".
On a previous occasion when the trainer did not show up I went to reception and asked if the trainer is in and they called her over the intercom. Another trainer signalled that the trainer was not there. I then asked reception if they can phone the trainer and ask where the trainer is (I leave my phone in the car when I go to gym). Reception had excuses about the trainer changing numbers, etc. Why do I have the trainer's cell phone number and the workplace does not?
And this now the second time asking for contact details. Unacceptable
