In 1999/2000 I settled an outstanding amount of R500/R600 for my virgin active account. Paid in full.
In 2007 I was contacted by MBD Attorney's informing me of and outstanding debt amount of R1300 for my virgin active account. I disputed this and sent a letter to Virgin Active whereby no response was received. MBD Attorneys has since then contacted me again (2013) informing me of an amount of R3600 that is now outstanding.
This has now become RIDICULOUS! Why am I expected to pay R3600 for debt that was settled more than 10yrs ago?! And why is Virgin Active not taking responsibility for an error clearly made by them?!
