Pay fees to freeze your account in ramadaan

I am tired of the pathetic service one gets from virgin active. I have spoken to 4 different people, 1 saying i must pay R85 to freeze my account for ramadaan, another saying i don't pay any fees to freeze it for this particular month, another who says its optional, and a wayne who assured me it would be corrected and no fees would be deducted from my account. well lo and behold my account was debited for these fees and for the first time in 8 years that i am at virgin active i now pay to freeze my account for ramadaan. absolutely DISGUSTED by this.
