Furious with Virgin actives customer services!!

I was at the Virgin Active in Capetown (claremont) and I came home for the holidays to Polokwane. On the 27th of December I phoned the call centre and asked them to freeze my account for Jan as I would not have sufficient funds in my account due to me being on Vacation and not getting an allowance. And I told them to transfer me to the Polokwane branch as I can resume gyming from february, as I wouldnt want to still be paying the Claremont fees if I am not there and is much more expensive. The call centre lady confirmed with me over the phone (on the 27th of dec at around 3pm) of my transfer and my frozen Account for the month of Jan.and she also specified my fees would be R60-80 for the month of Jan.
Today I woke up to the surprise of the full AMOUNT (R359) of the Claremont fees being deducted from my Acc and I am utterly disappointed, the money in my account was not even mine but my Mothers, and to my surprise this is not the first time it has happened. My friends and family have had very similar problems.!! I am very upset and never expected this from Virgin Active
