April 2007 I had an operation of the lung where it was cut off I complicated and was in ICU for 14 days, When I got

to cancel, freeze or upgrade please call 0860200911 or 021-6843000 spoke to John he ask me to fax proof I fax
through a Surgeons letter and a copy of the hospital account, In 2013 October I receive a call from MBD attorneys
telling me about Virgin Active Account of which I thought it was compromised or written off, I am receieving phone
calls told that they will garnish me I then call Virgin Active again the lady said I must send all the supporting documentation to MBD attorneys. I did that.
