Dear Sirs,
I have opened up a Planet Fitness contract on 29 May 2013 at which date I was promised gym bags and excellent service, I was also told that I am aloud to pay the lump sum of the contract over a period of Three months manually.
To date I have not received my promised bags, and Planet Fitness has just gone and debited my account, WITH NO AUTHORISATION or SIGNED CONSENT from myself with the outstanding balance of R1, 408.00 resulting my account to go in overdraft and is no reflecting an unpaid record on my name.
I would like to have this rectified before close of business on 02 July 2013, and I would like to know where I can collect the 2 promised bags. Further I would like to state that I will take this matter further as procedures were not followed in accordance to the Customer Protection Act by debiting my account without authorisation not being transparent in dealings and not delivering on YOUR promises.
I have taken this matter up with Ryno who is the manager of the Centurion Gate branch on 25 June 2013 and have not had a response since.
I feel this is poor service and would currently not recommend anyone to join this institution.
