I am very upset with Virgin active becuse a while back I sent them an email asking to freeze my account for a while as I will be travelling. I have emails back in JHB where I was assured that the next full payment would only again be after February. Being out of the country is real expensive with the currency and the money deducted was not planned. Now I have funds that was not worked into my budget. I want this sorted out or I will freeze the acount until the contract expires. And will then not renew and join a different gym. This is why we hve the consumers act as well. I want feedbck immeditely as I cannot be contacted here.
