We are cancelling our contract as we have had issues from the start. From new employees helping us not knowing what they are doing, to new systems being implemented and causing hassles for us. We have had to return to the gym 3 times just to be registered on their system. Initiation fees paid cash as requested and debt order taken as no cash excepted for monthly payments unless paid before 15 oh no no wait before 20th of the month. This gym does not know what they are doing. Every single person you speak to has a new story and new rules you need to follow. After the monthly fee was deducted twice from my account and put back again and the banking costs charged at my expense it was said a lot of people had this issue and head office is sorting it out (and the wrong amount was deducted as the black tag was not included) Finding out 3 weeks later i was the only person that had the issue and that it was not true as they could not see it on their system. And after giving the ID number of the main member and it did not even exist on their system. That is strange, we get charged for something we don't even have. They never phone back as i had to follow up on the feedback every single time
