Debit order details not changed/unpaids on acc

I opened my account at the milnerton br, but stated that i will train in wynberg.in May i changed my acc for savings to cheque and requested that my debit order details be changed (13 May).i was in contact with the HR dep at the wynberg br, the lady said she could not trace me on the system.i then left messages for the manager and eventually he called me back after i made a scene about it.i told him the situation and he said he would follow this up with milnerton br and get back to me-this was 3 weeks ago.at this point the debit order was taken off twice.i then called Elizabeth at the milnerton br and once again stated my case, sent her the email about the change of banking details and a note stating that if this was not sorted out i would report them and take legal action.friday (21 June) received another sms stating that this money was taken off AGAIN, phoned then and spoke to the manager Alex, expained myself AGAIN and he said he would sort it out-he at least had the decency to call me back, then spoke to Thuli who told me that they wouldnt pay the unpaids and would debit me double as i "still have their money"i told her to just leave it as i will take legal action - WHAT DO I DO???
