I'm really fed up with planet fitness, they are quickly to sign contracts and deduct money from our accounts, but when it comes to complaints and queries they just don't bother as usual. I renewed my contract again last year after 3 years. They offered me a certain premium and in April this year I had the normal annual increase. But then the beginning of this month they decided to increase my debit order with about R220. When i phoned them they told me it's an increase!!! which is not the case i already had my normal increase and who increases with R220??? I phoned again and Daisy told me she send it to head office she is waiting for a reply and the Manger at the club is sick, Today I phoned again and still no answer and the manager is not available again. I cant believe the service is so pathetic. But then again they never bother with giving good after service!!! And the worst part is I doubt they will even reply to this. They didn't botherr to give me feedback after 3 calls already this month.
