Wrong club and lack of service

I joined the new Bryanston Club middle of May 2013 and the first consultant made me sign a contract for the higher amount and advised me that I would be allowed to visit either Morningshide or Bryanpark until the new club opened. I went past the pre-sales office and he no longer works there and after querying the debit order amount, I had to reapply, but this time the club was registered as Constantia in Cape Town? And I wanted my son registered for the Kids Zone, which I am still waiting to be done and finalised, so that I can actually start utilising my contract, not that I can as I am not registered for Bryanston? The debit order goes off beginning of June, but what am I paying for when I have been registered for a club in Cape Town, my son is not registered, and I wasn't even aware the club had opened. I have visited the pre-sales office a couple of times and either their systems are down, or some story. Frankly I wish I could cancel and go to Planet Fitness! Maybe they will get it right first time and I can actually pay for something that I can utilise. I feel like I've been crooked!!!
