It all started last November when it was my annual increase on my premium, I was sent an sms that my premuim will increase from R1050 to R1500 but to my suprise end November, a debit order of R1841 went through, I phoned King Price and queried and was told the system made a mistake and doubled the increase in my policy and the lady who helped said she will refund my money and after 5days I did get the money and she promised she will adjust the premium increase back to R1500. End of December again an amount of R1841.
What is going on?? or is it a case where of I must start looking for an honest insurance cos this isnt right.
