I received an increase letter from Outsurance. Got a quote from another company which was alot cheaper than Outsurance.
I phoned Outsurance to cancel my policy to which the retension department discounted my policy in order for me to stay with Outsurance. I decided to stay.
The NEXT day, I receive a brand new increase letter, pushing up the premium again! What is the use of giving me discount if you are going to increase the premium straight after any ways??
I phoned the retensions department twice, each time I get the same story. They don't know why I got the second increase, they can't remove it. They will get the oroginal person from retensions to phone me.
Still waiting for a call or reply.
