Terrible billing of handling of accounts!!!

I signed a contract last year at Coble walk Planet fitness and was later transferred to Soneike branch due to Coble walk branch burning down.. when i signed up my contract included my husband and son but after being transferred to Soneike the system deleted my dependants from my contract. My husbdand was refused entry at the branch because he's tag had been deactivated and when trying to get some answeres the staff was very unfriendly and he just left.. Besides that i also started getting sms's every month stating that my account is in arrears and i also noticed that my account gets debited twice every month, first debit runs on the 26th and then again on the 1st! I am being charged unecesarry fees for unpaid debits that should not in the first place be going off as some months we do an eft earlier in the month and we were told by the sales consultant that if we pay our installment before the time the debit will automatically not go off..
I dont always get time to deal with these things and i feel that it is a waste of my time to constantly have issues with my gym contract, to top it all off i just recieved and sms saying that my account has now been handed over!!! #VERYANGRY
