Yesterday i had a problem with my black tag. i was then told to phone planet fitness today, and sort it out.
as my club, Craighall is busy with renovations, they moved their admin to the wanderers club. i have sent contact me emails, since 7 this morning, to more than one club. i have also tried phoning wanderers, which the phone just rings, and no answer. Rosebank branch, the number does not even ring.
how must i sort something out, if i cannon get through to anyone?
clearly planet fitness does not care about customer service!!
