Please ensure that you receive written confirmation from Planet Fitness Soneike when you cancel your gym membership. They will keep on deducting membership fees, even with additional cost or an increased gym fee. I received written onfirmation that my cancellation was logged. Today, 2 months later when I phoned them the system crashed and they cant respond as to why they've been deducting money. Other than that non members enters that gym quite frequently and you, the paying member need to wait for gym equipment... that besides the always broken equipment.
