I opened an account with virgin active and i received great service at first, until it came to my debit order. i specifically asked to be debited on the 25th of each month, ALL my debit orders run on the same day. some incompetent employee decide to set it for the 1st at which point did i instruct that, now my account is unpaid and handed over. somebody better sort this out and DONT make the mistake of calling me to ask what happened because there you have it. call me when u have a solution. this is NOT how u treat clients, what the?
