I brought a pram at Game M/Plain on the 09/07/2012.I returned it the next day because a mouse had made a nest in it, but that is another story. I got a new one and was told please keep your slip as if the pram is faulty you are going to need it as proof of purchase. So now not even a year later, the handle where the button is to close the pram does not work and I am told, unfortunately it is not part of the GUARANTEE! ITS WEAR AND TEAR! So I am sitting with a pram that cannot close and I am at a lost of R1600.Which i think is not fair. Why are you told to keep your slip if they not going to repair your item? When I ask the sales person what must i do know, she just says, I dnt know! What a disgrace!!! Had such faith in GAME, but clearly they are just like all the other companies!!
