First of all you cant move in the store its so packed that a normal size pram can not move through the rows you bump against everything and the staff is just standing there looking how you struggle to get through everything
secondly they advertise products on their website that is not located in the store, when I asked one of the assistants about a pram that I am looking for showing on their website but is not in store he answered rude that they do not sell the pram in store which after the manager said that they do sell it in store but the only one left is already sold. the manger didnt even offer to look for another pram or give the option to order, she just kept on telling that there is another kind of pram we should take even though I only want a certain pram.
