I bought a Chelino pram for my daughter who is now 7 months old at Jet stores. My problem I am having with this pram is that my daughter keeps sliding down in this pram because the padding inside keeps slides forward while she is in there. On numerous occasions we found her legs outside the pram because the of the padding that keeps sliding down. I approached the store by which I bought and they advised that I need to contact the supplier because they do not take any returns on items with problems. I then contacted the supplier and spoke to Adiel, who advised that they wont be able to provide me with a better pram, which I think should be the case. Because if my daughter ever had to fall out of the pram she would have gotten hurt, is their main priority not safety first and foremost??? Now they want to send me another inner padding, who says that the same thing is not going to happen again? POOR POOR QUALITY, and they sell these things to new parents!!! I dont want a new inner padding, I want a better QUALITY pram because they can never put my childs safety in jeopardy and if they can't provide me with a better product then I demand I get refunded my money!!! AS THIS I WONT ACCEPT!!
