Today I bought a Graco Fusio Pram from Baby city. I was reluctant to buy it as it was very dirty and worn as it was the floor demo model. I was told there was one in stock to be told I could only have this one. I asked for some discount as the state it's in and was denied. I need this pram as it is the only one thy would fit in my car and in my price range so I did not have a choice. The manager didn't come to talk to me after I had asked the floor sales man to call her. He said he already spoke to her. I bought the pram. The sales attendant forgot one part of the pram the adapter and he had to bring it to us. I went onto baby city website to make sure I had all the parts to find out the foot muff was not included. Straight away I went to baby city. The security staff told me I couldn't chat to the manager. Who was a meter away from me. And saw me. And ignored me. She watched me leave. She could not take a second to attend to me. This was at 15.15. I have received terrible service from them. I live in durban. What will be done about this? I have also just noticed that the one padded chest support is also missing from the pram. This is unacceptable!!! R5000 is a lot of money for me
