Today I learnt that if you budget and buy anything from Jet and you find out that what you bought does not fit your car's boot space... Don't try and return it.By going with all the original tags and till slip with the pram to the Store to do the return I was told by the manager he refuses to do the return as I can just buy a new pram and sell the one I wanted to return as it was not damaged or broken. Please could someone explain how it is possible that people like that sits in Management positions? I was even told by the supervisor they will not be able to do the return because my reason is not good enough and when I said I will go public, I was told very snotty to go ahead. To the Public, don't buy from Jet Lakeside Mall as they don't do returns or refunds... buy a new one and get rid of the other.
