Posting on here as they never reply to email - don't think they ever monitor their inbox. Whenever I ask them about their inbox they don't understand what I'm talking about. So, final account payment made November / December 2012. Get a call January asking did I not have enough money to pay my January instalment. Was told that I still owed them (upon checking it was correct, however they had taken less), and that I would be charged R 300 for late payment. After some debate agreed the R 300 would be waived. However, since February they have still been taking obscure amounts from my account, which doesn't make sense. February was R 141, March was R 1.22, and April was 1 cent!! What on earth are they doing?
