Complain about an account I have with them

I have an account with Joshua door on which I pay R1 361.00 per month via a debit order for 30 months. My monthly instalment includes their initiation fee, life insurance fee, product insurance fee, delivery and club fee. I have never missed a payment with Joshua Door, I always make sure that my account has money for the debit order to go through every month. I made an upfront payment of R11 000.00 in December 2012 and I was left with R5 000.74. The upfront payment is suppose to reduce my monthly instalment. The debit orders kept going off as normal on the 25th of every month to date. But the problem is on their system it shows that i have an outstanding balance of R2 300 and it shows that I have only made an upfront payment of R9 960.00 instead of the R11 000.00 that I paid in December. When I try to contact Joshua Door Head Office I spoke to a lady named Lerato and she was very rude and could not exactly explain why it shows R9 960.00 instead of R11 000.00. I asked her to transfer me to her manager and he was just as unhelpful as she was. Please help as I don't know who else will assist with addressing this issue. I need to find why its reflecting an upfront fee of R9 960.00
