A simple payment tracking impossible!

I made a payment via eft to my Edgars account on the 27th of march 2013, but the payment never reflected, so after calling in I was told I need to go to my closest store which I did! I went to the store in Somerset west mall and the lady there was on the phone and faxed off my proof! Last week! She ensured me within 2 working days it would reflect and still nothing! By the 3rd working day I emailed edgars accounts, no reply!! Emailed by 5th working day! No reply! Emailed again this morning! No reply! This is apart from emailing [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] with the proof of payment and not either one bothered to even reply! I am fed up and I am on the verge of going public with my experience! This is totally unacceptable and don't appreciate the ignorance of attention I am receiving towards my account! Utterly unacceptable! I want somebody to contact me from accounts before and simply allocate the payment! It's my credit score suffering through this! im being left with no less option but to go to the press!

all I want is for my payment to be tracked? how difficult can it be! btw, last month this happened aswell but was solved instantly at the store!
