On Saterday I send a report and edgars called me to apologized for their mistake on my account, but everyday after Saterday someone different calls me about my account. I have send my proof of payment five times already. It seems there is no correspondence between each person calling me, because each time I must explain myself from the start. I was at a branch four times with the proof of payment, I have faxed the proof to the head office and emailed the proof to 3 different email adresses that consultants gave me over the phone. This is unacceptable!
