Edgars denies receiving settlement payment

Personal Loan Account was paid up on 14 June 2012. ( R 611.13) after phoning for settlement amount. Account number paid to was 62024952039 with id and first rand as ref. Apparently this was never reflected on account, nobody informed me until l wanted to apply for credit and was refused because of a bad credit record. Apparently I was handed over, but never received such information? I phoned and emailed (0861000123) service [Email Removed] with proof of payment, provided the credit bureau EXPERIAN with proof of payment, proof of residence, certified copy of id, proof of correspondence, appointed an bank agent to investigate on my behalf but up to date am still guilty of a crime i did not commit.
