On the April 12 I went to buy 2 champagne flutes for my sister's wedding as a gift to the bride and groom. unfortunately all the particular platinum flutes at this store had a lot of imperfections. I approached the manager about this who had a can't careless attitude about the matter. i asked him how they are allowed to sell a sub-standard product at a premium price and his answer was that it is not his problem but if I wish to complain I should go to head office.
The gent then informed me that it would take up to 6 weeks to finalise. With a wedding that afternoon and returning to the UK on the April 14 I did not exactly have 6 weeks to wait for a response.
Really disappointed by the lack of service given!
