WeddingDate-30th March'13 1) Derek (wedding co-ord) was sick & was nowhere to be found most of the day. DETAILED diagrams were submitted to Derek a week before the day with info re table settings, seating plans & time schedule. All Derek had to do was print & delegate & brief someone to take over. 2) Due to pt.1, venue was set up incorrectly. Only when I went to check the hall did I realize that due to Derek not supervising/doing his job the venue was being set up for 100 guests instead of 77 & not all the items paid for to be on the table were there. Result was myself, my father, brother & bridesmaids having to set up the venue ourselves 3) James was approached re bride doing venue herself & his attitude was TERRIBLE. His only response was "Derek is sick". 4) Due to the aforementioned everything went overtime which resulted in IMPORTANT pictures not being taken 5) Service offered to bride & groom during reception was NON-EXISTANT! Groom complained 3x's before svs was given 6) WORST - 5 of our guests were BURGLARED during the evening by one of the staff. The venue took NO ACCOUNTABILITY & to date guests are still waiting to be contacted & provided with feedback. DO NOT USE THIS VEN
