Timeline: 8th March 2013 Bought 1 garment at Bayside and 1 at Canal Walk to be worn to a wedding 11May.
5th April Tried to return it using credit card statement but could only exchange the size - no till slip. (Fair enough)
13th April Found till slip but since it was over 30 days, I emailed the website asking for waiver of 30 day policy.
16th April I got a reply asking where they were bought.
17th April I sent information.
18th April I asked for any news.
28th April I asked again for news.
Since the first response I have heard nothing. Yesterday I was told that according to the Consumer Protection act, the 30 day limit of returning items for a full refund does not apply. This I am not sure about but I am very sad about the lack of feedback. I've not received an "out of office" reply. I also hoped to return the garments when they still had many in stock.
