I went to MR Price Home to do a Gift Registry for my wedding which is on the 14th of Dec 2013 and was advised by a lady at the store that we need to collect the items and take it to the till, but when we got to the till they asked us why did we do that, they add the items manually on the system and we did advise them the the wedding date is incorrect and was told that it will not affect anything >> On the 05/12/2013 we went to the store to check up on the registry and they could not pick the Ref number on the system... the manager of the store said that they can't call customer care cause the closed at 7pm but it was not even 7pm. This ref number has been put on the wedding card and has inconvenienced us now... The people that work in the store needs to be educated and need to know how to deal with customers and provide the correct information.
