Defective/Reject phones bought-Blackberry & Nokia

I purchased 2 phones 08/2012 from Edgars (Sandton City), they worked fine for a few weeks, then started going corrupt. With the Blackberry - The track-pad cursor jumps across the entire screen, scroll down & it scrolls up, the screen goes white with an error message, reboots on its own and doesn't save any messages. The Nokia - charges for a 5 minutes and shows full, then 2 minutes later its flat, error message saying Sim Card Registration failed & also has a white screen that can't be exited. I went to Edgars at Clearwater Mall on 06/04/2013 and was turned away as they said that ONLY Sandton could assist me. I then went to Sandton & had a very abrupt reaction from the Manager Gloria Sategke. I then prompted in finding higher management (Navesh) but he was not in & they said could not be contacted! We were then seen by the Risk Manager (Pine, whose Blackberry is doing the same thing as mine!) & he explained to us the process and what could be done, I then booked the Nokia in for repairs but have not received a call with regards to a Job card number or how far the process is! What can be done???
