I have a complaint; i bought my wife's wedding ring a month and a half ago, we got married on the 6th of April, and 3 weeks ago she noticed there is already a diamond missing, so we handed it in to your menlyn store. it has now already been with the store for 2 weeks and Saturday they told us that wrong procedure was followed and that it has to be sent to cape town. they tell us that it would take 6 to 8 weeks which is unacceptable!!! she has been wearing the ring for a week after our wedding and now we must wait 6 to 8 weeks!!! this is bad service and a bad business model!!! can somebody please contact me so that we can work on solving this problem, i have also sent a message through your website.
