NO HELP!!!

I need to buy a gift on the wedding registry and went on-line and the website is not working.

I entered the email address given to me by the bride to be and it does not work, I then went into the store and asked for a list of the goods and the floor assistant told me to go onto the internet, the more Im trying to tell her the website isn't working the more she says it isn't working.

So if the website isn't working and the staff isn't helpful how do I purchase the gift for the wedding???
