I bought a universal remote from The Gadget Shop. This remote is said to work on iPhones and any tv. It doesnt however work on my tv and when I took it back with the receipt for a refund, they said they cannot refund me. They will have to take in the product and test it on another tv. I bought this on 1 April 2013 and returned it today.
I just want my refund.
