Yesterday was the first time I went to Cradlestone Mall and the first time I went to The Gadget Shop. All the shops I went into were quiet and there were plenty of idle sales people in all the shops. However, I had made exactly one purchase at the Gadget Shop. I was the only customer in that shop. I selected what I wanted then continued browsing. During this whole time I had to hear the loud shop assistant called Sevuka & all the others discuss utter rubbish about how "coloureds are all alike, when they fight they don't say 'I will get you', it is always 'we will get you' ... they are worse than Zulus, they are all a bunch of cowards... it is their culture... etc". This rubbish rant was entertained by all including assistant management. It went on & on without check and probably well after I had left the shop. I, myself, am coloured and NEVER in my life since apartheid had I been made to feel so belittled, small, inferior, humiliated and discriminated against in such a blatant way. NEVER.
This is all rubbish he spoke but any is ugly and not okay.
