Ordered an item on the 29th of March 2013 and transferred funds via EFT. Order nr: 36265. Received e-mail on 4 April that ETA of order is 8 April. On 11 April received an e-mail stating that there was a mistake on their website and that they are unable to supply me with the ordered product. Replied to e-mail on the same day requesting a refund. Supplied my banking details. Received e-mail on 16 April stating: New status: Cancelled - Awaiting Refund.
My issue is that this is now 13 days since I have requested a refund. Why is it taking so long to refund me?
