Waited 13 days for delivery then couldnt help me

I bought a product from Joshua doore on the 10th December 2013, I was phoned on the 18th to say the product will be available for delivery on the 20th but I never received a call from the manager regarding the product. I went to the shop once again on the 20th on my own time and my own petrol to find out what is going on, the manager told me he will have it ready on the next day (21st dec). Saturday came and went, the next time I heard from them was on the 23rd December where they told me I must come do a refund because they cannot help me anymore. when I arrived at the shop to do a refund on the 23rd the credit control manager told me to come back the next day because the manager was not available to help us do the refund. I told them I am not leaving without my money they must make a plan. I waited 2 hours to get a refund because it looked like the people didn't know how to work their own system. it is the worst service I have ever received from a company. at the end of the day it just cost me a lot of petrol, airtime and my own time with this bad service. and the fact that I bought it cash and it was a xmas gift made the situation worse.
