Month of waiting for a refund

Although helpful, the staff at the gadget shop took two weeks to figure out how to do a refund via the card machine, and it has been almost the same amount of time waiting for it to show in my acoount with back and fourth every second day and no one gets back to you. Will notr reccommend shopping at this store if you are not 100% sure of what you want and that it works
