I bought a byD;sign TV from the Centurion branch a couple of months ago. I have recently relocated around Centurion and in this process I have lost my TV's remote. I went to the store to enquired if they could supply me with a new remote or even a universal remote that will work as I have tried 4 different universal remotes already and the don't work. The one salesman told me that I should go to the customer service counter and that they will order me one, another salesman then interrupted us and said that they don't do this anymore..
Firstly I am very annoyed that this product is owned only by Hi Fi Corp and that they don't have or cant even get replacement remotes for these TV's.
Secondly that the other person rudely interrupted our conversation this is not really good customer service.
SO Hi Fi Corp please tell me then where I should get a remote for this as it is owned by you?
BTW I don't want it for free I'll pay for the thing
