I received an sms to say I can increase my credit limit. I didn't act on it. Then on my last 2 statements it is stated as well that I qualify for a higher credit limit. I decided to take them up on the offer as I would like to purchase a laptop from CNA with my account. I went into the cresta branch and went to customer service. The lady looked it up on my account and told me that nothing is reflecting regarding a higher credit limit. I showed her the sms I received and she called head office to enquire about it. I have no idea exactly what they told her but she told me that she has to try on another terminal. She tried 2 other terminals and on neither did it say anything about the increase. I find this very unprofessional!! Why do they advertise it everywhere and yet when you want to make user of it, it is not available! I e-mailed a complaint through to their customer care department and to date have had no response!! Pathetic!
