This will now be my third complaint about the same issue. I am STILL waiting for the accounts department to contact me after my last Hello Peter complaint, to reinstate my credit limit despite the fact that my account has been up to date for more than 6 months. I get a leaflet every month in the mail with my account statement saying "you qualify for a higher credit limit" yet when I go in store or online to increase it, nothing is done. I still have a credit limit of R146. What is the point of this? I might as well close my account. I am really not happy with the service I have received from you or should I say lack thereof!
